Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the conditions outlined below.

This policy applies to all products purchased directly on Orbitechshop.com.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and labels).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

3. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.
  • Digital goods or downloadable products.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Hygiene-related items (e.g. opened cosmetics, personal care items, or undergarments).

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at returns@orbitechshop.com and include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
  2. Wait for confirmation and the return instructions.
  3. Once approved, send the product back using the indicated address and include proof of purchase inside the package.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the product is defective or sent in error by Orbitechshop.com.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days after receipt of the returned product.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges are accepted only for items of equal value and subject to availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@orbitechshop.com with photos and a description of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
